IPTV Ireland acts as a middleware service provider. This means:

• We do not host, store, broadcast, or produce any of the video, audio, or media content delivered through our IPTV service
• We do not own the copyrights to any channels, films, series, or programs that may be accessible via our service
• All content streamed through the IPTV service is sourced from publicly available third-party feeds
• We provide the infrastructure (servers, software, customer accounts) but not the underlying media
• Responsibility for content rights lies with the original broadcasters and content providers

IPTV Ireland has a zero-tolerance policy for piracy and copyright infringement. We:

• Do not encourage, condone, or facilitate the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
• Cooperate fully with copyright holders and law enforcement authorities
• Reserve the right to terminate any IPTV account found to be infringing copyrights
• Continuously monitor and respond to legitimate DMCA notices and takedown requests

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through our IPTV service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Before submitting, please ensure that you:

• Are the actual rights holder or have authority to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
• Have considered fair use, fair dealing, or other applicable exemptions
• Are prepared to verify your claim under penalty of perjury

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, registration number, or other identifying information)
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material (specific channel name, stream URL, or content reference) with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information — full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

For fastest processing, please submit your DMCA notice via our Contact Page with the subject line clearly marked as "DMCA Takedown Notice". Notices will also be accepted upon request.

If you believe that material was wrongly removed from our IPTV service due to a mistaken DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification Must Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the IPTV service
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your full name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local court (or in Ireland for international cases) and accepting service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we:

• Will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
• Will review the notice and verify if the required elements are present
• If valid, we will take action (remove or disable access to the infringing material) within 5 business days
• We will notify the affected IPTV user (if applicable) of the action taken
• The complainant will receive confirmation once the takedown is complete

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable EU/Irish law, we maintain a repeat infringer policy:

• IPTV users who receive 3 or more valid copyright complaints will have their accounts terminated
• Resellers found to be facilitating repeat infringement will lose their reseller status and all credits
• Terminated accounts will be permanently banned from re-registering on our IPTV service
• We may report serious or systematic infringement to relevant authorities or rights holders
• No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to repeat copyright infringement

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification is a serious offence. Please ensure all claims are made in good faith and with proper authority.

As an Ireland-based IPTV service, we comply with multiple copyright frameworks:
